The visit control part, signed by the interested party and, where appropriate, by the owner, associated with a private property, is constituted in the seminal document of the singular management order by MARIATOMASA S.L. of the real estate operation related to said property with respect to the interested party. Such a management order, initially verbal and which is perfected in the act of signing the visit report, ensures that the interested party had no knowledge of the operation of the property in question, nor had he visited it or received information from other intermediaries, especially from other real estate agencies other than MARIATOMASA S.L. The signing of the part of the visit control constitutes, de facto, the beginning of a singular management order with respect to the farm and the interested party, so that he must necessarily go through the mediation of MARIATOMASA S.L. for any subsequent operation, intervention or consultation on the aforementioned property.

The interested party recognizes the mediation work of mediation and advice of MARIATOMASA S.L. in the real estate operation of the property described, committing not to carry out by itself mism@ (s) or by other intermediaries such operation or any other on that property, obliging otherwise to indemnify MARIATOMASA S.L. with all the fees agreed in the particular conditions of the part of the visit, also assuming all the expenses of the possible claim, including those of its processing, regardless of the initial assumption, even on the other hand, of the stipulated fees.

The signature, where appropriate, of the owner in the visit control part operates, at the same time, as a testimony of all the above and as an explicit recognition by the owner of the exclusive management order with respect to the interested party that the visit part represents, thus replacing in its particular conditions any previous management order referred to the same property with respect to the signatory interested party.

The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether MARIATOMASA S.L. is processing their personal data, therefore they have the right to access their personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request their deletion when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
